The next generation of grillmasters takes centre stage at Grillium 2027, Estonia's inter-school grilling championship, held on 11 June at Vallikääru Meadow in Pärnu. Part of the Good Food Festival – Grillfest, Grillium brings school teams into a competitive outdoor cooking environment, celebrating practical grilling skills, teamwork and the country's growing live-fire cooking culture. Visitors can watch the competition unfold in the festival's dedicated competition area while enjoying the wider Grillfest atmosphere. Admission is free, making it an opportunity for families, BBQ enthusiasts and aspiring young cooks to experience Estonia's grilling community in action.
