BBQ World Cup & Expo 2027 – Las Vegas

**The world's barbecue community is heading to Las Vegas.** From April 8–11, 2027, the inaugural BBQ World Cup & Expo will bring competitive barbecue to one of the world's most recognizable entertainment destinations. Organized by BBQ United, the four-day event is set to feature 100 elite pitmaster teams from around the world competing for a $1 million prize pool. Beyond the championship, visitors can expect a large BBQ expo featuring brands, equipment and live demonstrations, alongside international food experiences, live music and opportunities to connect with the global BBQ community. The event will take place near the High Roller observation wheel and Caesars Forum, with Caesars Entertainment serving as host.
